Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of luveskincare.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Luvé ("Luvé", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

Luvé sells cosmetic personal care products — deodorant body sprays, hand wash, body wash and body lotion. They are intended for external use on healthy skin only.

• Read the label and ingredient list before use.
• Patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
• Keep away from the eyes and out of reach of children.
• Body sprays are pressurised and flammable. Do not spray near flame, do not pierce or burn the can, and store below 50°C.
• Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice if it persists.

Nothing on the site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

4. Product information and availability

We work to describe products and show colours, packaging and sizes accurately, but screens vary and packaging is updated from time to time, so minor differences are possible. Ingredient lists on the product itself take precedence over the site.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to confirm or cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send when you order acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs or events outside our control.

You are responsible for giving a correct, complete and reachable delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, to resell our products without our written permission, or to submit false, abusive or infringing content.

11. Intellectual property

The Luvé name and logo, product names, site content, photography, text and design are owned by Luvé or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Luvé brand, and you confirm it is yours to give.

12. Third-party services and links

The site runs on third-party platforms and uses third-party payment, shipping and analytics providers, each with their own terms and privacy practices. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on luveskincare.com when you place an order is the one that applies to it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing here affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
